Guarantee Certificates

We will provide you with advice in relation to the liability and responsibility of guarantors. Many banks will require a guarantor to obtain independent legal advice and provide proof of receipt of that advice to the bank before they will lend funds to a third party. We can review the banks documents and provide you with the necessary advice and certificate in a cost-effective manner.
