Commercial property transactions can be complex with special conditions and due diligence requirements to be satisfied.
As a buyer you need to ensure that you have made due diligence enquiries in respect to the property, the lease, development approvals, specific licenses (such as a liquor licence) and rental income before you enter into a binding contract.

MAS Ronson will prepare the contract and special conditions to cater for your needs. On most occasions we can include the preparation of the contract in your settlement fee. Please contact us to obtain a fee estimate for this.
To finalise the sale MAS Ronson will attend to the conveyancing of the property on your behalf.
