Ed Babington has over 15 years experience in franchising and is an established and respected figure in the WA franchising community. He understands the laws directly relevant to franchising, the Franchising Code of Conduct, leasing and licensing matters, trademark and copyright issues and the commercial pressures relevant to franchising. We currently assist franchisors and franchisees with:

•  the necessary operational and legal documentation for new or existing franchises;
• compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct and other relevant legislation;
• reviewing prospective franchises on behalf of franchisees;
• disputes regarding franchised businesses;

• commercial and property issues that can arise with franchises.
