Property Sales and Transactions
Residential
Buying or selling your home can be daunting. There are many aspects to consider such as appointing an agent, arranging finance, home opens, the sale process and moving. You need to know that you have the right conveyancer acting for you.
We attend to all requirements to legally transfer the property into your name such as notifying the local authorities of the change of ownership, identification of the parties, the drafting the transfer documentation and liaising with your broker and finance institution to effect a timely settlement.
We encourage our clients to contact us before they enter into a contract to ensure that they receive the necessary advice before their legal obligations are triggered. The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety also has very useful resources for people contemplating the purchase of residential properties.

Commercial
Commercial property transactions can be complex with many special conditions and due diligence requirements to be satisfied.
You need to ensure that you have made due diligence enquiries in respect to the property, the lease, development approvals, specific licenses (such as a liquor licence) and rental income before you enter into a legally binding contract.
In association with Michael Hughes Legal MAS Ronson will ensure that the sale and transfer of the property is effected properly and efficiently.
Private Sales
MAS Ronson will act for you on the sale or purchase of a property where there is no real estate agent involved.
MAS Ronson will prepare the contract and special conditions to cater for your needs. On most occasions we can include the preparation of the contract in your settlement fee. Please contact us to obtain a fee estimate for this.
To finalise the sale MAS Ronson will attend to the conveyancing of the property on your behalf.
